All of our pieces are final sale. We do however offer free sizing on all rings, within 2 band sizes, within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Free ring sizing does not apply to items discounted more than 10%. For sale items, we can re-size for a fee. Please email us.

WARRANTY
We offer a one-year warranty on all of our jewelry. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship; however, becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone other than an authorized representative of Rey Fine Jewelry.
Please note:
(1) The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges related to a warranty repair.
(2) We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond normal wear, as deemed by our jewelry professionals.

It’s easy! We can send you a free ring sizer (you only pay for shipping) or simply go to our Size Guide for instructions on how to measure your own ring size at home.

Returns
JEWELRY CARE
If your jewelry is solid gold, soak it.
Add a few drops of dish detergent into a small bowl full of warm water, swirl to mix. You can leave your gold jewelry in the soap mixture for up to two hours.
If your jewelry has stones, don’t soak it.
Instead, dip a soft cloth into the soap and water mixture and carefully wipe down your jewelry.
If your jewelry has dirt or residue build-up, buff it.
Gently buff with a soft-bristled child's toothbrush, or delicately dislodge dirt with the tip of a toothpick.
Pat dry and let completely air dry on a clean, soft cloth before putting back into storage.
If your jewelry includes a silk cord, steam it.
Your Japanese silk cord should not get wet but can be steamed with a clothing steamer if it develops any wrinkles.
General solid gold jewelry care, wear it.
Solid gold jewelry is precious but is meant to be worn. The only damage it will sustain is with extreme pressure like knocking it or weight-lifting. Or with consistent exposure to harsh chemicals like chlorine. So stick to saltwater pools if you can!
When you aren't wearing it, keep gold jewelry in a jewelry box that is lined with felt, or your REY FJ pouch, to prevent moisture build-up or any tarnishing.
